– Excellent Condition – Home is free of Pets/Smoking/Children.
– Selling due to moving home and it’s too big for the shape of our new room unfortunately – Gorgeous set, everyone that had visited our home has complimented it.
– The feet have minor defects where they have been hit by the hoover. Not noticeable as a whole, and could easily be touched up.
**Please Note: The suite is very deep, the arms need to be removed in order for it to fit through the doors and the rebuilt again once in.**

**The small yellow fabric cushions came as standard with the sofa in the yellow fabric, I put my own covers over the top to fit with my colour scheme so always an option if the patterned/yellow covers are not to your taste – all cushions variations shown in the pictures are included*
