How to get your money back

If an item isn’t as described in the item details, you will need to raise a ticket within 2 days of the actual delivery date. You can raise a ticket here
Dispute resolution
You will be required to submit photos of your items, along with clear photos of the problem and differences you are mentioning.
Remember, we can’t offer money back on items due to a change of mind or colour differences, items that don’t fit are also not eligible for money back. You must have used ‘Buy Now’ and checked out on our secure platform. See our terms for more information.
Refund
Your dispute will be resolved normally within 7 days.
Once we have successfully resolved the case between you and your seller, and if a refund is rewarded we will refund the agreed amount to your bank account within 7 working days. The refund must be made to the original payment method.
