These sofas 1 X 3 seater and 1 x 2.5 seater have come with me to my new home. I had intended using them for a good few years yet but unfortunately they do not fit in my new home.
I had the back cushions (4) replaced with genuine fibre Duresta cushions in 2024. I was delighted with the result although getting them into the covers was difficult I broke the zip on one cushion but I sewed it in. Then I found out that the best way is to put the new cushion into a dry cleaners bag first and ripping the bag once the cushion is in place.
It was so easy I intended getting new cushions for the seats after I my house move. I can supply the details of who to call for replacements.
If this was done these sofas would continue to give many years of service.The frames are solid as a rock.and the fabric is in very good condition.
The photos do not do them justice. The velvet fabric has a slight sheen. The arm covers have always been used but there are no discernible difference in wear or colour on the arms..
I have described the colour as yellow because it was the nearest option. The colour is more Old Gold.
I have given the condition as fair that is to take into account of the broken zip.
