Reason for selling: lack of space
This is a comfortable and very easy-to-convert sofa bed, only being sold due to lack of space in our apartment. It has been kept in a guest bedroom/home office and was not used as our main sofa, so it shows minimal wear. The velvet fabric naturally shows temporary pressure marks when touched, which is normal and easily brushed out to restore a smooth appearance. A steamer can be used for deeper marks, although we have only needed to do this once since purchase.
