Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.
Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order.
We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.
Our sellers have 72 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day.
