Note-this sofa is in excellent condition for its age. No stains detected. Slight wear on top front of arm.
Please see photo of front right base where a small nick has been repaired with the same material attached to sofa labels on sofas. There is still some more material there if want to have it professionally done. Actually we do not notice it as it is not a light coloured fabric and where it is makes it not in view.

Price reflection of this being an expensive very well made sofa when we bought new from Sofas & Stuff, Harrogate, and that there is a small tear repair. Currently from approx £5000 new depending on the fabric.
