Selling my Oak Furnitureland Nebraska Corner Sofa High Back Sofa Right Hand Areo Charcoal corner sofa as i have moved house and have purchased a new sofa . A non pet / non smoke house . Very well kept . Comes with the 3 pillows and footstool as shown . Dimension C on photo shows the sofa with the footstool at edge however this can be removed and depth changes from 248 to 178 ( as shown in photo).

Nebraska is upholstered in a textured fabric. Soft, nubby, and designed to last. We’re choosy when it comes to our upholstery, using only the highest quality fabrics. All our fabrics are rated for heavy domestic use to stand up to the demands of family life. Our fabric sofas have flat weave fabrics which are hard wearing and luxurious to touch.

Material composition:
Main material: 90% Polyester, 10% Nylon
Scatter cushion cover: 73% Polyester, 27% Viscose
Scatter cushion filling: For that extra bit of cosiness, these scatters are fibre-filled. They’re part of the sofa range, designed to match in design and colour.

Material construction:
Frame: All our sofa and armchair frames feature solid hardwood. It forms part of a strong frame that’s made to last – and designed not to creak. Joints are strongly fixed using classic carpentry skills, so you can enjoy the support and comfort of a well-made sofa.

Seat base: Serpentine springs spread the load of the seat cushions. Our springs are held together with ‘silent wire’, quiet strands helping to give plenty of support at the base. That means no sagging – and more comfort for you.

Seat cushion: With a combed fibre top, these seat cushions give a softer, luxurious feel. The foam at the base keeps the cushion in shape. This fibre-top style is one of our softest-feeling cushions.

Back support: Superloop springs used in the back support spread the load and keep back cushions secure. So you get support and comfort just where you need it.

Back cushion: Cushions filled with blown fibre feel the softest. Pockets of air are held in the fibre, making this the filling for the ultimate sink-in sensation.

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 72 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  Your items are normally collected in the morning from the seller and then delivered to you the very same day. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days.  

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your claim. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
