5 years old but well cared for, from a smoking/child/pet free household of a professional couple. It was over £1,400 originally.

Overall a really lovely sofa with a lot of life left in it. The sofa cushions are all still holding their shape and the covers are removable too.

We are selling as it doesn’t really fit our cottage so we are changing for something else more country looking – it was originally in a more modern flat. Pillows not included but you are welcome to the small blue pouffe.

The Sofabed is in full working condition. The storage part easily fits a duvet and your pillows. It’s a double size. There is a slight tea stain on the top edge but it is faint and wouldn’t be seen when there is a sheet over it. We used a mattress topper for the bed too.

It’s moved with us once so the feet have been been knocked slightly. You could easily touch this up though and they are removable to do so. The sofa itself comes apart into two large pieces too for transportation. The leg is right hand side only and can’t be changed.

There is a couple of small marks as pictured, as well as one small circular patch where a spark from our fireplace caught it.

You are welcome to come and view it. You’ll need to arrange your own transport but we can help load it. Weekend or evening (after 7pm) collection. Cash on collection.
