Condition:
The sofa is in great used condition and has been well cared for. Cushions are clean with no staining. There are some light markings to the back, corners and armrest from normal use (the armrest was previously covered with a wooden tray). These are subtle and would likely be significantly improved or removed with a professional upholstery clean.

There is also a very small repair on one cushion seam, where a tiny rip was nicely sewn. This is discreet, does not affect comfort or structure, and is visible only on close inspection (see photo).
