Bought from DFS less than 2 years ago so still in really good condition, sad to sell as it’s so comfy but it just doesn’t fit right in our new house
The seat covers come off and can be washed, we have had blankets over it the whole time we’ve had it so there are no stains or marks. It’s a silver colour so is quite light but wipes down easily.

Wow all I can say is 100% satisfied. From choosing a sofa online last weekend . For it to be delivered today . What a beautiful sofa at a fraction of the price of a shop bought one. It's in excellent condition. Sofalistic is a wonderful place to purchase your sofa . I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7. Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.
After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised.
Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.
Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order.
We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.
Our sellers have 48 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day.
We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order.
A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your dispute.
This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
