Costco Grey Leather Corner Sofa (Dec. 2022)

Description

We are remodelling our house and replacing our sofa that is in great condition two working recliners with independent headrests. Another seat is a recliner but think there is a wire come loose and haven’t bothered to locate problem. We have an additional seat that would not fit in our room so we kept in our bedroom – great condition. The console has two charging points in addition to a mains socket and externally 2 cup holders.
Don’t know if fire labels are still attached can’t see them from the side.
Only damage to the suite is a little wear on the corner unit and a small tear which is between the seats and not visible. Have provided close ups of these in the photos.
First two measurements are the overall width of left hand and front facing sofa from corner. Next measurement additional seat. Corner sofa = corner unit. Last measurement of ‘chair’ unit includes seat and arm!
