The sofa had moderate use for about 3 years since it was purchased from new. No pets were on or even near it, nor were any smokers. For the past year it has been in professional storage, well packed and protected. There are no stains, rips or tears. It is second-hand, so do not expect a mint perfect item but it is smart and tidy and has been well cared for, as you can see from the photos.
