Description

Lovely snuggly swivel chair in a soft jumbo cord fabric. 3 loose cushions (one large and two small) with cord one side and patterned the other.
The chair base fabric is a combination of a sort of snake skin texture/faux leather and jumbo cord material. The faux leather material has some minor cosmetic scuffs as shown in the pics, but no rips or tears. Some leather feed treatment should buff this up nicely.
There is some very slight sun fade to the faux leather giving more of a distressed leather appearance and some slight fade to the one side of the cushions.
All cushion covers are removable for washing.
It has been such a useful chair but we now need to change it for a sofa bed for family visitors.
Hoping to use the proceeds from selling this one to go towards that expense.

How does this work?

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 72 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  Your items are normally collected in the morning from the seller and then delivered to you the very same day. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days.  

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your claim. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
