Description

This is a 3 seater sofa from Sofology’s “Gracie” range.

The sofa also has the added benefit of having the upgraded “Ontario” trim which is a microfibre style covering which provides a luxurious brushed suede appearance.

The sofa has dual electric recliners with twin USB chargers on one end as shown.

We are also selling a matching power reclining armchair so please view my other listings if this might be of interest.

Condition

This is a used but well looked after sofa which still offers plenty of support and comfort.

Both recliners work perfectly without fault.

Due to the nature of the microfibre style brushed finish, there are a few signs of wear on the fabric under close inspection but certainly nothing I would consider to be excessive.

The sofa is from a smoke free home and has the added benefit of having been professionally cleaned in the last 6 weeks.

Any inspection prior to purchase is more than welcome if you happen to be local.

We have owned the sofa less than 2 years. It was purchased from a clearance centre so we are not sure its actual age.

How does this work?

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 48 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  At checkout you will be able select your preferred delivery date which will provide you with a delivery window.  Our delivery partner will be in contact every step of the way to keep you informed of the exact delivery date and time that works for you. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days (48 hours).  You can raise a dispute here.

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your dispute. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
