Description

Heal’s 3 handmade seater sofa and matching armchair. Super comfortable and excellent quality, and comes with the original down feather cushions as well as foam alternatives for those wanting a firmer seat. Selling as we’re swapping to a single larger sofa for the house we now live in.

Both in stunning smart velvet Canary Yellow. Bought 2021.

The sofa has had its back on a radiator where some paint has impacted the fabric – but this will never be visible if the sofa has a wall behind it. We have a cat, but she doesn’t sleep on them, and the velvet doesn’t pick up any cat hair so the fabric looks new. Orange striped cushions not included.

This sofa was just voted by The Telegraph as the best Sofa for 2026.

How does this work?

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 48 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  At checkout you will be able select your preferred delivery date which will provide you with a delivery window.  Our delivery partner will be in contact every step of the way to keep you informed of the exact delivery date and time that works for you. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days (48 hours).  You can raise a dispute here.

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your dispute. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
