Description

Such a great comfy couch, sadly parting with it due to moving overseas.
Originally from Ashley manor according to the tag (gone now) but we bought from a couch wholesaler around Sep’2024 for £750, still have the “receipt”.

• In great condition from the front, truly so comfy and doesn’t sag with use
• 2 matching/complementary cushions included
• The big cushion parts have removable covers for washing

Minor issues:
• the back edge and corners of it got dirty during move (from bottom of van) and I was too nervous to attempt a clean – I’m so confident it will come out with a steam cleaner. Not noticeable from front
• the legs are very slightly scratched, and aren’t the original legs either, and the middle leg is shorter (not matching) so it doesn’t touch ground, but isn’t a stability issue. You can buy 6 replacement legs online, just match the screw-size – we just never got around to it

Price hopefully reflects these issues, super negotiable of course!

How does this work?

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 48 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  At checkout you will be able select your preferred delivery date which will provide you with a delivery window.  Our delivery partner will be in contact every step of the way to keep you informed of the exact delivery date and time that works for you. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days (48 hours).  You can raise a dispute here.

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your dispute. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
