3 piece Italian leather sofa ivory bespoke from furniture village

This set was made and ordered from Italy over 20 years ago, but and it has lasted so long due to its high quality grain leather .
It cost over four thousand pounds in a sale and the footstool alone cost one thousand pounds. The footstool is in great condition offers great potential for resale.
Condition, the sofas have wear and tear marks specially on the seams of the arms and darker spots due to dark clotting or dark blankets being used. The seats will need re-upholstering as they now sink in a little when sitting. The sofas leather can be used to recycle, reuse, resell. The wood frame is pretty strong and the feet wh8ch are made of Mahogany woid, I believe, re still in great condition, too. The fire instructions labels are still attached to the bottom of the sofa.the back of the sofas are in great condition with no sign of stains. In general, there are no permanent stains of ink or food.etc.
The head cushions ate fully removable, but the back cushions are sewn in.
