Description

This is the smaller of two matching sofas available from a pet-free, smoke-free house. In immaculate condition and reluctantly sold as they are now too low for my husband. This 2 seater sofa has barely been used. The seat cushions are feather wrapped foam and back cushions are feather filled. Covered in Romo Peron fabric in Mulberry colour. Treated with ‘scotchgard’ at manufacture. Turned mahogany legs. Cost approx £1950 new. 25 year frame guaranteed from delivery in May 2019. There are two matching 18 inch scatter cushions available if required (never used).

How does this work?

Sofalistic, is an online preloved sofa marketplace that handles the collection and delivery of all items. We enable customers to list, buy and sell preloved sofas online, safely and securely, 24/7.  Our team are sofa experts and are here to help support you in your purchase and delivery of your items.

What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your item, you will receive an email outlining all the next steps. This includes, notifying you that we are now contacting the seller and that your money has only been pre-authorised. 

Once we have confirmed the sale with the seller, we then proceed to the next steps of booking in your delivery.  

Through every part of the journey you will be kept up to date with the status of the order. 

We only charge the amount that was pre-authorised once the seller confirms the item is available for collection.  

Our sellers have 72 hours to confirm the sale, after which time we will re-issue your funds, which normally become available the same day. 

Do I have to pay today?

We only pre-authorise your card for the total amount of the order. 

A pre-authorisation payment is like a “hold” on the amount of money on your debit or credit card. It’s not an actual charge yet, but the money is temporarily set aside to make sure you have enough funds to cover the sale.

We will only charge your card once we have confirmed the sale with the seller. 

How is my item delivered?

All items are delivered by a two man delivery team to the room of your choice.  Your items are normally collected in the morning from the seller and then delivered to you the very same day. 

What if my sofa is not as described?

In the unlikely event that an item is not as described when you receive it, you will need to contact us within two days.  

You will need to provide photos and any other supporting evidence to help you with your claim. 

This will then be expertly handled by our dispute team who will carefully review your case along with the sellers original listing and information to provide you with the best possible outcome.
