Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and provide crucial support in the efficient functioning of our operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating collections and deliveries, liaising with commercial clients, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance to our directors.


  1. Collections and Deliveries Coordination:
    • Efficiently book collections and arrange deliveries in collaboration with the wider teams.
    • Ensure timely and accurate communication with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
    • Monitor and update delivery schedules to optimise efficiency.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Work closely with commercial clients to address inquiries and provide necessary support.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and professional conduct.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Provide general day-to-day administrative assistance to the directors.
    • Organize and maintain documentation, records, and files.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing directors’ calendars.
  4. Computer Skills:
    • Utilize a good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and general IT skills to perform tasks efficiently.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  5. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
    • Handle telephone and email correspondence in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in working with computers, including spreadsheets and general IT applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
